Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. is currently seeking applicants for Professional Civil Engineer (P.E.) or Engineer in Training (E.I.T.) positions. This position entails working with various large-scale projects including; Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Highway, and Residential Projects

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • 1-3 years of civil engineering experience related to site design, land development, and land use permitting
  • Experience with AutoCAD
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication skills and design skills
  • Candidate must be an Engineer in Training (E.I.) or a Professional Engineer (P.E.)

Responsibilities

  • Create engineering plans for land development projects
  • Work closely with project managers to establish project timelines and designs
  • Develop diagrams and visual aids and prepare design specifications
  • Execute project based on outlined criteria
  • Meet with local government officials to gain project approval

Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. is currently seeking applicants for a Professional Land Surveyor. Stock & Associates Consulting Engineers, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer based in the St. Louis area since 1987. We provide civil engineering and land surveying services, as well as the support and management that come with those projects. AutoCAD experience is a must. We strive to keep great in-house technology, have a comfortable work environment, and take excellent care of our clients. This position entails working with Large Commercial/Industrial/Highway/Residential Projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.
  • Professional Land Surveyor License (PLS) for the state of Missouri is required (Candidates with licenses in both Missouri & Illinois preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of surveying principles, legal requirements, and technical methodologies.
  • Proficient in using surveying equipment and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct surveys using advanced surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser levels.
  • Determine and document precise measurements of land features, boundaries, and elevations.
  • Analyze survey data and prepare detailed reports, maps, and drawings.
  • Research and analyze legal documents, deeds, and previous surveys to establish accurate property boundaries.
  • Resolve boundary disputes and discrepancies through thorough investigation and communication with relevant parties.
